Our Way of Working
1 - Determining Customer Needs
Needs are identified through customer visits, phone calls and e-mails, and the most appropriate solutions are determined.2 - Design and Offer
Flexible, cost-effective and state-of-the-art system designs are created, and then a price quote is presented.3 - Panel Assembly and Shipping
After the agreement is reached, the automation panel assembly is completed and the material is shipped.4 - Field Assembly
On the date determined by the customer, field installation begins, and cable ducts and installations are completed.5 - Testing and Additional Needs
After the installation is completed, tests are performed by the software engineer, system operation is observed, and additional customer needs are determined and integrated into the system.6 - Delivery and Support
The system is delivered in working order. Software updates are provided free of charge during the warranty period; with the post-warranty maintenance agreement, rapid intervention is provided for any malfunctions that may occur in the system.Sale - Support
